- Rates subject to variation without prior notice, "The hotel" reserves the right to assign the location of the requested rooms, according to availability and upon arrival of the guest. Indicate CHD ages in the reservation request. Services are not subject to VAT because they are provided abroad. If you want invoices for the services, the corresponding VAT will have to be applied. The transfers included in the programs are based on regular service, that is, based on groups of passengers by destination. The passenger must keep in mind that all arrival and departure transfers from the airport, hotel and excursions must wait for the carrier, at the indicated place and at the established time (schedule information will be communicated at the final destination). If this does not happen, the carrier is not obliged to wait or look for the passenger and will continue with its scheduled route. Therefore, if the passenger does not comply with the established schedules and does not access their service, it is not the carrier's responsibility; nor is it subject to claims or reimbursements towards the entity providing the service. Before issuing the air ticket, if the package includes it, the ticket and local taxes must be reconfirmed, because tax prices are subject to constant variations. It is always necessary to verify the weight of the suitcase allowed by the airline and, if you have a connection, also take precautions.
