7:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel 08:00 and 08:15 hours, we will pick you up from your hotel to start the guided excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit the picturesque town of Pisac and its colorful handicraft fair. At noon we will have a buffet lunch in a tourist restaurant. Then we head to the town and fortress of Ollantaytambo, built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions by jungle settlers. We will have the opportunity to walk through the streets of the town and get a clear idea of what this military, religious and cultural center was like during the Inca Empire. At the end of the tour we will drop you off at Ollantaytambo train station for your trip to Machupicchu town. The train ride is approximately 2 hours, we will be waiting for you in the town of Machupicchi for the transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Machupicchu.
At 7:00 a.m. we will take the bus to ascend 400 meters high; through a zigzagging road for 30 minutes to reach the incredible wonder of the world "The Sanctuary of Machupicchu", known as "The Lost City of the Incas", where we can enjoy the wonder of the world Machupicchu. At the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, we will begin our guided excursion, visiting the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries; the tour lasts approximately two hours. Then you will have free time to stroll around the citadel. Then we will take the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can have lunch in one of the many restaurants in the town. In the afternoon we will take the train back to the town of Poroy, (depending on the departure time of your train) and upon arrival at the train station, we will be waiting to transfer you. Overnight in Cusco.
