Legal requirements for travel

Peru Together Travel, provides you with information about the legal requirements that are basically needed to travel; our company is against human and animal trafficking. Therefore, it is recommended to present your identity documents according to your destination.

INTERNATIONAL ROUTE

ADULTS (Peruvians)

Valid ID card or passport. Valid ID card (only countries that allow it) or valid passport} + yellow fever vaccine.
MINORS (Peruvians)

ACCOMPANIED BY BOTH PARENTS.

Valid ID card, passport or copy of legalized birth certificate. Valid ID card (only countries that allow it) or valid passport and copy of legalized birth certificate + yellow fever vaccine.
MINORS (Peruvians)

ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT.

Valid ID card, passport or copy of legalized birth certificate + notarized permission of the parent who is not traveling. Valid ID card (only countries that allow it) or valid passport + notarized permission of the non-traveling parent + yellow fever vaccination.
MINORS (Peruvians)

ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

Valid ID card, passport or copy of legalized birth certificate + notarized permission from both parents of the minor*. Valid ID card (only countries that allow it) or valid passport + notarized permission from both parents of the minor*+ yellow fever vaccination.
MINORS (Peruvians)

UNACCOMPANIED**.

Valid ID card, passport or copy of legalized birth certificate + notarized permission of both parents of the minor. Valid ID card (only countries that allow it) or valid passport + notarized permission from both parents of the minor* + yellow fever vaccination
FOREIGNERS (adults and minors**) Doc. National ID card or valid passport. Doc. National (only countries that allow it) or valid passport. + yellow fever vaccine

In the absence of the parents: permission of the juvenile judge.

Flights: **Unaccompanied minors under 12 years of age must pay UMNR service. Between 12 and 15 minus one day is optional. Payment must be made at the office (subject to confirmation due to restriction/amount of UM per flight).

NOTE: Exceptions upon verification of the operator and air operators with RENIEC.

TOURIST SAFETY

Peru Together Travel, we are committed to the safety of tourists from the beginning to the end of our services. Here are some recommendations to consider:

  1. Always keep your personal items under your supervision and care.
  2. Do not take cabs that circulate without license plates or identification at night.
  3. Do not change money on the street or carry large amounts of cash. You must choose exchange houses and ask for your voucher.
  4. For security reasons, it is forbidden to carry sharp items such as scissors, tweezers, razors, etc. in carry-on baggage.
  5. For international travel, liquids, aerosols and gels that may be included in carry-on baggage must not exceed 200 ml.
  6. Listen to local warnings about certain places.
  7. Record the emergency numbers of the place you will be visiting.
  8. Keep your passport, airline tickets, credit cards, etc. in a safe place.
  9. Do not leave valuables in the hotel room. Deliver the items to the front desk for safekeeping.
  10. If you are traveling with valuable equipment, it is best to purchase additional insurance for your equipment.

MINORS (Peruvians)

ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

Valid DNI , passport or copy oflegalized birth certificate + notarized permission of both parents of the minor *. Current DNI (only countries that allow it) or valid passport + notarial permission of both parents of the minor * + yellow fever vaccine.
MINORS (Peruvians)

NOT ACCOMPANIED **.
