Travel Itinerary
The official tour guide will be waiting to pick you up from your hotel – located in the Miraflores or San Isidro area. Our culinary adventure will begin with a visit to a typical “Peruvian Market” where we will find a great variety of unique fruits such as cherimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto and pacae. We will also see a great variety of fruits offered by the sea, considered one of the richest in the world.
We will visit a restaurant where the Chef will offer us a practical class on the preparation of Ceviche and Pisco Sour, emblems of Peruvian gastronomy.
We will continue with lunch at a famous Miraflores restaurant, “ALFRESCO”, to taste a wide variety of traditional dishes and desserts from our Peruvian cuisine.
At the end we will receive a certificate of having successfully completed the typical Lima cooking class, we will be given the recipe with the complete procedure for preparing Ceviche and also a souvenir photo with our chef, culminating in Miraflores (return to the Hotel).
