Cusco

Upon arrival, we will be waiting for you at the Cusco airport, to transfer you to your Hotel. In the afternoon, we begin the Guided Tour of the Imperial City of Cusco, visiting the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the Koricancha Temple and the nearby archaeological centers of Kenko, Tambomachay, Pucapucara and the Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Overnight in Cusco.

7:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel, 8:30 am we pick you up from your hotel to take a full-day excursion to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas”. Visit to the picturesque town of Pisac and its colorful Craft Fair. At noon we will have a buffet lunch in a tourist restaurant.

In the afternoon we continue the tour to the Inca Town and Fortress of Ollantaytambo, a gigantic administrative, agricultural, civil, military and religious complex, from the time of Tawantinsuyo.

At night at approximately 7:00 p.m., we board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, where our representative will be waiting to accommodate you at the Hotel.

At approximately 9:00 p.m., our Guide will place you at the Hotel to give you instructions for the excursion to Machupicchu the next day.

After breakfast and at approximately 6.00 am, we take the bus to ascend 400 meters. tall; along a zigzagging path and for 30 minutes until you reach the incredible wonder of the World “The Sanctuary of Machupicchu”, known as “The Lost City of the Incas”. Where we can enjoy the sunrise in Machupicchu.

At the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, we will begin our guided excursion, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal quarters, the temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. The tour lasts approximately two hours.

Then you will be given free time to take a walk around the citadel. Immediately we will take the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can eat your food in one of the various restaurants in the town.

In the afternoon/evening we will take the return train to the town of Poroy, (depending on the departure time of your train) the return will follow the same route as the outward trip and upon arriving at the train station, we will be waiting to transport them to the City of Cusco.

Departure place and time (3:30 am hotel / Plaza Mayor of Cusco). Duration: 12 hours (FULL DAY). It is a 4km walk of full adrenaline and adventure until you reach the mountain of 7 colors, where you can observe the different shades of the mountain. “Ausangate”, known as Rainbow Mountain, is the fifth highest mountain in Peru. With its 6,384 meters above sea level.

2-hour trip to Pitumarka where the first stop will be made to have the buffet breakfast. After breakfast we will continue the trip to the starting point: Qayrawiri (you also have the option of renting horses). The walk lasts between 2 to 3 hours, where we will observe beautiful places full of streams, mountains, lagoons, snow-capped mountains as well as flora and fauna, arrival at the Mountain of 7 Colors, free time to take photographs.

8:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning for your personal activities (we recommend visiting the traditional markets of Cusco and purchasing local products). In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take your return flight to Lima. End of our service.
