Visit to the Province of Chupaca, the “Shapis” viewpoint, visit to the Independence Square. Through landscape scenes we move to the district of Ahuac, we will take a walk Approx. (30 minutes) towards the Archaeological remains of Arwanturo. We return through some stairs to take our boat ride in the Ñahuinpuquio lagoon. Continuing our journey we arrive at the oldest town in the Mantaro Valley/Santiago León de Chongos Bajo/La Iglesia de Chongos and Cani Cruz, we return to the Left bank to reach Azapampa. where you will have time for lunch (Pachamanca, Carnero al palo, guinea pig among other varieties - not included) we end with a visit to the Warivilca sanctuary. Iniciaremos nuestro recorrido rumbo a Tarma, conocida como “La Perla de los Andes”, disfrutando de hermosos paisajes andinos y agradables vistas panorámicas durante el trayecto. Continuaremos hacia Acobamba, considerada la puerta de ingreso a la selva central, donde apreciaremos el cambio de clima y la exuberante vegetación característica de la zona. Nuestra aventura seguirá con la visita a la impresionante Catarata Cabello de Ángel y la famosa Catarata La Ducha del Diablo, rodeadas de naturaleza y perfectas para fotografías y momentos de relax. También conoceremos a la Virgen de Chanchamayo y la reconocida Catarata El Tirol, uno de los atractivos naturales más visitados de la región. Posteriormente llegaremos a La Merced, capital de Chanchamayo, donde disfrutaremos de su ambiente tropical y la hospitalidad de su gente. Finalmente visitaremos la comunidad nativa de Pampa Michi para conocer parte de sus costumbres y tradiciones, culminando el recorrido en una planta procesadora de café, donde aprenderemos sobre el proceso de producción y degustaremos el auténtico café de la selva central. Posteriormente nos dirigiremos hacia la encantadora Laguna de Paca, en Jauja, rodeada de hermosos paisajes andinos, donde disfrutaremos de un relajante paseo en bote y tiempo libre para fotografías. Luego visitaremos el distrito de Ingenio, conocido por sus criaderos de truchas, donde apreciaremos las técnicas de crianza y producción de este delicioso recurso típico de la región. Finalmente, conoceremos el histórico Convento de Ocopa, importante centro religioso y cultural de la sierra central del Perú, para culminar nuestro recorrido con la visita a la famosa fábrica de Tekila Wanka, donde degustaremos esta tradicional bebida regional y conoceremos parte de su proceso de elaboración artesanal.

Breakfast at the hotel and Tour to the Craft Centers of the Hualhuas District (textile crafts) and San Jerónimo (filigree work) / Concepción (visit to the dairy plant). We head towards Laguna de Paca in Jauja where we will have a boat ride. We return to Ingenio to visit the trout farm where you can see the techniques used for trout reproduction. Time for lunch (not included) We finish with a visit to the Ocopa Convent. Return to Huancayo.
