Once we arrive at the base of the glacier and after having equipped ourselves with the technical equipment, the guide will rope all the climbing participants into the harness; If there are two people, he will go up first about 30 m. where you will establish an anchor for the next two people to climb. And thus repeat the action until the same summit, this system is called “arrow”. If there are more than two people, you will board in a line, this procedure is when the guide goes in front and the clients behind at a distance of 8 m. to the summit.
Procedures for Descending:
Depending on the inclination that the snow has given to the snow, it will be descended in a controlled descent or in a line and always roped where the guide will go behind to protect the climbers through the rope.
