Travel Itinerary
Day 1. Transfer to the hotel in Cusco
Reception at the airport in the city of Cusco and transfer to the chosen hotel in the city of Imperial. Free day in the city for your personal activities and acclimatization.
Day 2. Excursion to Machupicchu
4 hours pick up from your hotel and transfer to the train station, travel to the incredible wonder of the World “The Sanctuary of Machupicchu”, known as “The Lost City of the Incas”. Where we can enjoy the sunrise in Machupicchu.
In the Sanctuary of Machupicchu
We will begin our guided excursion, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal quarters, the temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. The tour lasts approximately two hours.
Leisure
Then you will be given free time to take a walk around the citadel. Immediately we will take the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can eat your food in one of the various restaurants in the town.
In the afternoon/evening
We will take the return train to the town of Poroy, (depending on the departure time of your train) the return will follow the same route as the outward trip and when you arrive at the train station, we will be waiting for you to transfer you to the City of Cusco.
Day 3. Free day in the imperial city
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to enjoy the city of Cusco, we recommend visiting the attractions of the city center and the craft stores.
