Travel Itinerary
Día 1. Arribo a cusco y traslado al hotel
Reception at the airport and transfer to the chosen hotel, general instructions for the tour the next day
Día 2. Excursión al valle sagrado de los incas
After breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel to take a full-day excursion to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas.” Visit to the picturesque town of Pisac and its colorful Craft Fair. At noon we will have a buffet lunch in a tourist restaurant.
In the afternoon we continue the tour to the Inca Town and Fortress of Ollantaytambo, a gigantic administrative, agricultural, civil, military and religious complex, from the time of Tawantinsuyo.
At night at approximately 7:00 p.m., we board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, where our representative will be waiting to accommodate you at the Hotel.
At approximately 9:00 p.m., our Guide will place you at the Hotel to give you instructions for the excursion to Machupicchu the next day.
Día 3. Excursión a machupicchu, disfrutando del amanecer en la cima de la montaña…!!!
Después del desayuno y aproximadamente a las 6.00 am, tomamos el Bus para ascender 400 mts. De altura; por un camino zigzagueante y durante 30 minutos hasta llegar, a la increíble maravilla del Mundo “El Santuario de Machupicchu”, conocida como «La Ciudad Perdida de los Incas». Donde podremos disfrutar del amanecer en Machupicchu.
At the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, we will begin our guided excursion, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal quarters, the temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. The tour lasts approximately two hours.
Luego se le dará tiempo libre, para dar un paseo por la ciudadela. En seguida tomaremos el bus de con destino al poblado de Aguas Calientes, donde podrán tomar sus alimentos, en uno de los variados restaurantes del poblado.
Por la tarde/noche tomaremos el tren de regreso, hasta la localidad de Poroy, (dependiendo de la hora de salida de su tren) el retorno seguirá el mismo trayecto que el viaje de ida y al llegar a la estación de Trenes, lo estaremos esperando para trasladarlos hasta la Ciudad del Cusco.
Día 4. City tour en cusco
8:00. am. Desauno en el hotel. 9:30 am. inicio del Tour guiado de la Ciudad Imperial del Cusco; visita de la Plaza Mayor, la Catedral, el Templo de Qoriqancha y los centros arqueológicos cercanos de Qenqo, Tambomachay, Pucapucara y la Fortaleza de Sacsayhuamán. Pernocte en Cusco.
