Travel Itinerary
Day: 01 City tour
Reception at the airport and/or land terminal and transfer to the hotel in the city of Cajamarca. 11:00 am. Start of the City Tours: Visiting the Plaza de Armas, Cathedral Church, San Francisco Church, Belén Monumental Complex, Archeology Museum, Rescue Room, Cerró Santa Apolonia
Day 02: Otuzco windows tour
3:30 pm start of the visit to the Hydrangea Garden, beautiful flowers native to China and Japan, but they were acclimatized in Celendin and later in Cajamarca, it is property of the Valdivia Rojas family, they are in charge of the entire garden and also offer a great variety of crafts, typical foods, chicha de jora, potted plants of various species. We will visit the Alpes Farm to observe the milk process for the production of zuizo-type cheeses, we will continue to see the hanging bridge and a panoramic view of the Otusco windows.
Day: 03 Cumbemayoy the clay lick + Inca baths (09:30am -06:00pm)
8:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel. 9.30 am. Tour to Cumbemayo, where you will observe the Frailones, Stone Forest and Piedra del Sacrificio, the largest hydraulic engineering canal in South America. 3:30 pm. Tour to La Hacienda La Collpa, called of the cows, artificial lagoon, Casa Hacienda, tallest clay church, Baños del Inca.
Day: 04 Namora and San Nicolas Lagoon Tour
9.30 AM. Beginning of the trip to the Los Sapitos geological zone, Tour to the typical town of Namora, where we will observe the construction of the Namorinas guitars, later we will visit Laguna San Nicolás, observation of flora and fauna and ride in a reed boat, time for lunch, along the Later we will visit Alameda de los 14 Incas, they are large sculptures that represent the Inca rulers during the empire of our Inca culture.
