1. Be informed about the destination where you are going to travel, remember that each place has its own history, customs and traditions, in this way you will respect each culture.

2. Care for and protect our Natural and Cultural Heritage.

3. Live in harmony with nature. Observe wildlife from a distance, without disturbing their habitat.

4. Remember to hire only formal tourist services which operate in offices, since you will be able to acquire a receipt for your purchase.

5. Do not dispose of waste. Keep them with you until you return, or until you find suitable containers.

6. Consume local products and handicrafts, so you will value the culture of our city.

7. Contribute to responsible and sustainable tourism, building with your trip a more solidary and healthy world.

10. Use natural resources such as water or gas sparingly, remember that they are scarce.
11. Remember that you are on vacation, take your time and enjoy our city.
12. Visit one of the tourist information offices. They will be able to help you with your questions, suggestions and/or complaints.

PERU TOGETHER TRAVEL, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 Law on Personal Data Protection and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, states the following:

1. 1. PERU TOGETHER TRAVEL, as owner of the personal data banks under its responsibility, is committed to maintain the maximum reserve and protection of personal data provided by users, suppliers, collaborators, visitors, strategic allies and citizens in general.
   2. The personal data provided will be stored in the data banks owned by PERU TOGETHER TRAVEL and will be processed, as appropriate, in order to carry out the purposes inherent to the activity of the organization, such as:
      • To comply with the provision of contracted tourist services: scheduling and booking of flights, bus, train or package tours, hotel reservations, itinerary scheduling, as well as car rental and insurance services, among others.
      • Contact with the client before and during the provision of the contracted tourist services in order to answer queries and requests, in addition to using them as the agency’s database.
      • Send information related to the nature of the service and/or provisions of mandatory knowledge and compliance during the service or tour package purchased, such as contracting conditions and/or other conditions, which may include internal company policies.
      • Birthday greetings to our customers
   3. Personal data are collected for the purposes previously stated, and will not be used for any other purpose than those stated above.
   4. The personal data provided will not be forwarded to third parties, unless it is a third party in charge of the tourist operation such as airlines, ground transportation, hotels, hostels and guides.
   5. In accordance with the Law, the owner of the personal data may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending his/her request by e-mail to contactenos@perutogethertravel.com.
